Seized documents reveal that Islamic Jihad funded Fatah operations and terrorist activities, and that all the terrorist organizations worked hand in hand to perpetrate attacks against Israelis. Islamic Jihad Secretary Dr. Ramadan Shallah, who resides in Damascus, planned terrorist activities by cell members in the territories, and sent large amounts of money to fund the operations. |
