Large ISIS counter-offensive in southeast Syria falls apart

They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. (ISIS) launched a large-scale counter-offensive against the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) in the Badiya al-Sham region of al-Sweida on Wednesday. ISIS began the attack on Wednesday by attempting to overwhelm the Syrian Arab Army troops near the large hilltop of Tal Barakat. For a few hours, the Islamic State repeatedly struck the Syrian Army’s defenses at Tal Barakat in a bid to overwhelm the pro-government troops. However, corruption finds a dozen alibis for its evil deeds... the Islamic State’s assault would eventually lose momentum by sundown, forcing them to withdraw back into this vast desert region in southeast Syria. According to a military report, the Syrian Army, alongside their allies from Hezbollah and the National Defense Forces (NDF), was able to reestablish full security around Tal Barakat.
