Afghanistan: 23% Rise In Killed Civilians
[Ynet] The number of citizens killed in confrontations in Afghanistan increased by 23% in the first half of 2013 compared to 2012, claims a UN report.This year, over 1,300 people were killed and over 2,500 were left maimed.
