Just didn't comprehend that the Foundation was a money laundering operation for those at the top? A little disillusioned? Understanding that nearly all foundations should be stripped of their tax protection, if not outright banned for gross abuse of the status.
[Iran Press TV] The corpse count from a cholera epidemic in northern and western Mozambique has risen to 41 since the country was hit by widespread flooding in December 2014.
Mozambique Ministry of Health front man, Quinhas Fernandes, told a presser on Monday that 4,518 cases of cholera and 41 deaths have been recorded since December 25, 2014.
The number of confirmed cases has more than doubled and the number of fatalities has risen by almost 50 percent over the past two weeks.
The spread of cholera went up after widespread flooding broke out in Mozambique between December and January, killing 158 people and affecting 170,000.
According to Fernandes the worst-hit region is the western province of Tete, where more than 1,650 cases have been recorded over the past two months.

[Dhaka Tribune] A Jubo League ... the youth wing of the Bangla Awami League... activist has been beaten to death as he tried to stop some people from gambling at Maijdee in Noakhali.
The dear departed is Redwan Hossain Ledu, 22, son of Abdul Matlab of Paschim Maijdee.
Police recovered Ledu's body early on Monday.
Quoting locals, Sudharam Model OC Anowar Hossain said Redwan had a feud with his friend Rubel over the theft of a mobile phone handset.
He said: "Rubel and some of his friends were gambling around 11pm on Sunday when Redwan objected to their gampbling. Then, Rubel and his friends attacked Redwan and thrashed him severely."
At one stage, they him him on the head with a brick, leaving him was struck down in his prime.
The body was sent to the Noakhali Abdul Malek Ukil Medical College Hospital for an appointment with Dr. Quincy.
Rubel went into hiding after the attack.
Ahsan Habib Hasan, joint convener of district Jubo League, confirmed Redwan's identity as an activist of the organization.

Since the end of fighting at the Donetsk airport, Donetsk rebel officials say they have recovered 373 Ukrainians who were left in the new terminal, according to Russian language sources.
A report which appeared in regnum.ru news website reported that Donetsk ministry of defense spokesman Lt. Colonel Eduard Basurin said that since February 20th rebels have recovered 373 bodies of fallen Ukrainian soldiers left in the rubble of the Donetsk airport.
The Donetsk airport until late last month was a constant issue between rebels and Ukrainian soldiers, who held on to the airport until rebels destroyed a control tower Ukrainians were using to spot artillery into Donetsk.
Once that happened, Ukrainian soldiers holding the airport were allowed safe passage to their own lines. A subsequent Ukrainian counterattack attempted to restore the situation at the airport, but ultimately failed.
A subsequent rebel counterattack also failed with reported heavy rebel losses, although rebels managed to gain a foothold in two key nearby towns, Avdeivka and Peski, both of which are still being contested.

Police also seized a gunny sack containing dog meat from the two butchers. Further investigation into the matter is underway.

[DAWN] The Upper House on Monday passed four bills including anti-honour killings and anti-rape laws.
The Senate passed Anti-Rape Laws (Criminal Laws Amendment) Bill, 2014, and Anti-Honour Killings Laws (Criminal Laws Amendment) Bill, 2014, moved by Pakistain Peoples Party's (PPP) Senator Syeda Sughra Imam.
Senator Sughra Imam said that honour killings are common throughout the country, claiming the lives of hundreds of victims every year. She quoted the Aurat Foundation's statistics, saying that 432 women were reportedly killed in the name of honour in Pakistain in 2012, 705 in 2011, 557 in 2010, 604 in 2009 and 475 women were killed in 2008.
Imam said the above figures do not include unreported cases or, indeed, the number of men who are often killed alongside women in the name of honour.
"In order to deter and prevent honour killings in Pakistain it is necessary to amend the Pakistain Penal Code, 1860, and the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, to address the loopholes and lacunae in the existing laws," the PPP Senator said. Imam had tabled the bill in Senate on February 24, 2014.
"In Pakistain, rape cases are reported and registered, however, the conviction rates of the accused are abysmally low. According to the figures revealed in Senate, in the last five years for instance, of the 103 reported rape cases registered in the Islamabad Capital Territory none of the culprits or accused have been convicted or brought to justice," the PPP Senator said.

[DAWN] One of the convicted rapists in the Delhi gang rape case of 2012 made a shocking statement Sunday when he blamed the victim of the widely reported sexual assault during an interview with a documentary film maker.
According to The Guardian, Leslee Udwin, the maker of the documentary "India's Daughter" had interviewed convicted rapist Mukesh Singh for her short film when he made the controversial statement.
Mukesh was quoted as saying "You can't clap with one hand -- it takes two hands. A decent girl won't roam around at night. A girl is more responsible for rape than a boy..."
Premiering on BBC4 on International Women's Day, the documentary is about the short life and brutal rape of a 23-year-old woman whose tragic end lent impetus to women's rights activists in India.
The woman, a 23-year-old trainee physiotherapist, and a male friend were lured onto a bus by five men and a teenager in 2012. The woman was then repeatedly raped and tortured with a metal bar. Her injuries were so severe that she died two weeks later in a Singapore Hospital.
She became a symbol of the dangers women face in a country where a rape is reported on average every 21 minutes and acid attacks and cases of molestation are common.
Mukesh went on to call the incident an "accident" and said that if the two had not fought back, they would not have savagely beaten her -- an act which led to her demise two weeks later.
"She should just be silent and allow the rape. Then they would have dropped her off after assaulting her and only hit the boy."
According to the rapist, the imposition of the death penalty will create an even more dangerous environment for women in India. "Before, they would rape and say, 'Leave her, she won't tell anyone.' Now when they rape, especially the criminal types, they will just kill the girl."

[DAWN] The roof of a Frontier Constabulary (FC) check post collapsed on Monday due to heavy rain in Beautiful Downtown Peshawar ...capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (formerly known as the North-West Frontier Province), administrative and economic hub for the Federally Administered Tribal Areas of Pakistan. Peshawar is situated near the eastern end of the Khyber Pass, convenient to the Pak-Afghan border. Peshawar has evolved into one of Pakistan's most ethnically and linguistically diverse cities, which means lots of gunfire. killing four security personnel and injuring three others.
The FC check post was located near the premises of Matani cop shoppe in the bustling provincial capital.
DawnNews reported that four FC personnel Tehzeeb Ali, Abid Ali Muwad Ali, and Amjid Ali died when the roof their check post collapsed. Three people were also injured who were immediately shifted to Lady Reading Hospital.
DSP Saddar Circle Aabidur Rehman informed that the dead and injured personnel belong to the FC's Orakzai Platoon.
He said the check post was built in a local house whose roof, built of mud, could not withstand the downpour.
Khyber Pakhtumkhwa Governor Sardar Mehtab Ahmed Khan expressed his grief and concern over the incident and prayed for the dear departedpersonnel. He asked the FC commandant to ensure proper compensation for the families of those killed in the incident.

if the debris isn't in the same orbital plane, then likely was a hit from junk coming in at an extreme angle. If it just splodeyed, then the tendency would be for the debris to maintain at least a partial relationship to the plane.
