Benghazi editor's kidnapped son released "for ransom" |
2014-01-11 |
[Libya Herald] The kidnapped six year-old son of a Benghazi newspaper editor has been released by his abductors, four days after he was seized. There are unconfirmed reports that Radwam Mohammed Salem Al-Mazoghi, who was seized on Sunday, was freed after a ransom was paid. It has not been possible to speak to his father, Mohammed Al-Mazoghi, the editor of the newspaper Kalima. However it is understood that part of the money for the child's release, may have been contributed by well-wishers. |

#1 However it is understood that part of the money for the child's release, may have been contributed by well-wishers. Did they use Indiegogo or Kickstarter? The former seems much more appropriate. |
